Where is The Hornsby Cardiac Diagnostic Unit located?

The Hornsby Cardiac Diagnostic Unit is conveniently located in the Hornsby Town Centre in the Madison Building, opposite the Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre, on Hunter Street. 
We are in Suite 14, 25-29 Hunter Street, Hornsby. 
The Madison building is located next door to the HSBC Bank, near the Hornsby Fountain.
We are situated on the 1st Floor of the Madison Building. 
Patients can use either the Lifts or the Stairs.

Is there parking available?

It is advisable to park in the Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre car park, 
3 hours free parking is available at the Westfield Shopping Centre. 

What hours are you open?

We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Do I need a referral?

Yes, you need a referral for all our tests, with the exception of the 
24 hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor, for which there is no Medicare rebate. 

What preparation should I do?

Will the test be painful? 

Our procedures are not painful, however, you may experience some discomfort. 
None of our procedures involve needles or injections.

How soon will my General Practitioner get the report?

How much will my test cost? 

Please phone and our receptionist will outline charges for your test and the applicable Medicare rebates.
We do not generally bulk bill. 

Do you offer concessions for pensioners?
